What is Nexautomates?
Nexautomates is a platform for restaurant and café guest experiences. It brings together feedback and reviews, games and rewards, and QR digital menus with table ordering.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code and open the experience in their phone browser.
How many QR codes does a restaurant receive?
Feedback and games have two dedicated QR codes. When digital ordering is enabled, each table has a menu QR connected to its table number. We will help you plan their placement during setup.
Does AI publish reviews automatically?
No. AI assists with a draft based on the guest’s selections. The guest can edit it and submits any public review on Google themselves.
